We take immense pride in crafting each piece to order in our West London atelier, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As every item is custom-made, we kindly ask customers to choose thoughtfully.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us and request a return.


    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original, unused condition

    • With all original tags and packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

     

To request a return, please contact us at returns@tinkaandco.com within 14 days of receipt, including:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

When your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

  1. Damages and Issues:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

  1. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (like toiletry and grooming products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that returns are not accepted for items purchased during archive sales.

  1. Exchanges:

As each product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for a different size or colour. However, if your item is faulty, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  1. Refunds:

If a return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at returns@tinkaandco.com.
